Read by over 200,000 people daily, Fréttabladid is Iceland’s most widely read newspaper. Studio Hunter was commissioned to redesign it, working with their newsroom to create a more visual approach to journalism.

The collaboration continued when Fréttablaðið commissioned the studio to create the newspaper’s first digital product – a responsive news website that would bring the craft of the printed edition to the multitude of devices readers use.

In collaboration with Rory Pickering and Josh Angell, the studio equipped the editorial team with a huge variety of tools and templates to help tell the big stories, as they happen.
